She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Chandler and Joyce Copher Chandler; and her husband Richard Manley. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Ginter (Danita) of Mt. Sterling, John Ginter (Amy) of Jeffersonville, Richard Manley (Anita) of Frankfort, Ronnetta Manning (Donald) of Mt. Sterling, Trish Russell (Rick) of Louisville and Jennifer Godin (Brian) of Louisville; and her siblings, James Chandler (Kay) of Frenchburg, Mark Chandler (Donna) of Jeffersonville and Starr Connor (Charlie) of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
