He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Spencer and Charlene Craig Spencer; his siblings, Sandy Spencer and Roger Spencer; and his grandson Gannon Spencer.

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Spencer; his sons, Daniel Spencer (Stephanie), Jared Spencer (Erica Donathan) and Jordan Spencer (Carrie); and his grandchildren, Alexandria Spencer, Dylan Spencer, Jesse Browning, Augustus Spencer, Wyatt Spencer and Ezra Spencer.
