She was predeceased by: her mother Beatrice Gail Pittman. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Perkins of Mt. Sterling, KY; her children, Josuah Lee Perkins of Paris, KY, Chastine Perkins of Wallingford, KY and Shana Young of Richmond, KY; and her brother Woody Pittman of Richmond, KY. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
