He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson and Hazel Walters Frazier; and his siblings, Betty Frazier, Lois Frazier and Richard Frazier.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Stacy Frazier; his children, Tonya Craycraft (Keith) of Mt. Sterling and Jeff Frazier (Amy) of Mt. Sterling; his grandsons, J. T. Frazier and Garrett Craycraft; his brother-in-law Earl Stacy; and his siblings, Linda Donathan, Wanda Hardin, Jackie Frazier of Hope, Ronnie Frazier of Owingsville and Danny Frazier of Owingsville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hope First Church of God (Fortune Cemetery) (10246 Hope Means Rd, Hope, KY 40334). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hope First Church of God (10246 Hope Means Rd, Hope, KY 40334).
