He was predeceased by: his father James Virgil Parks; his brother James Virgil Parks II; and his grandparents, Roberta Branham, Riley Sorrell, Garvin and Mary Parks.
He is survived by: his sisters, Melissa Amburgey (Jeff) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Lora Williams (Shawn) of Smithfield, NC and Jennifer Ramos (David) of Hendersonville, TN; and his nieces and nephews, Keith Williams, Kyle Amburgey, Kennedy Williams, Aaron Reynolds, Conlan Dile, Landon Barton, Isabella Ramos and Abigail Ramos.
