He is survived by: his mother Millie Turner Skidmore of Frenchburg, KY; and his siblings, Howard "Junior" Pargen (Christy) of Frenchburg, Alma Ritchie (Ronald) of Means, KY, Brandy McPherson (Wade) of Frenchburg, Rosalee Pargen of Seattle, WA and Freda Hale of Frenchburg. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
