He is survived by: his daughter Carla Lemon of Carlisle; his stepchildren, Wayne Mullins (Joyce) of Georgetown and Patsy Osborne (Terry Lay) of Mt. Sterling; and his grandchildren, Grant Lemon, Mark Mullins (Kenetha) and Angel Little (Phillip). He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
