He was predeceased by: his parents, John Zawadzki and Anna Sarama Zawadzki; and his wife Shelia Thompson Zawadzki. He is survived by: his son Jeff Zawadzki (Angela Beier) of Frankfort, KY; and his sisters, Eleanor Demarti of Florida, Irene Barrow of Florida and Deloris "Dodo" Cassidy of Florida.
