He is survived by: his children, Tera Dawn Bertram of Elizabethtown, KY and Jonathan Turner of Lexington, KY; his mother Ruth Bertram of Somerset, KY; his siblings, Margaret Simkins (John) of Somerset, KY, Larry Bertram (Peggy) and Gary Bertram (Debbie); and his father-in-law Hearl Covey of Jeffersonville, KY.. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews as well as many special friends.
