He was predeceased by: his parents, Hager and Mary Collins, Sr.. He is survived by: his former wife Donna Walker Collins of Mt. Sterling; his children, Cathi Ware (Randy) of Alabama, Amanda Brooke Collins of Mt. Sterling and Craig Collins (Lori) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Matt Ware (Shelby) of Alabama, Jake Ware (Lauren) of Florida, Zach Collins of Mt. Sterling and Shae Harris; his great grandchild Ava Ware of Florida; and also Kiyan Harris of Mt. Sterling.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to a charity of your choice who's focus is helping animals.
