She was predeceased by: her parents, Tilford Leach and Mary Welch Leach; her daughters, Hazel Powers and Baby Powers; and her siblings, Elmer Leach, Ralph Leach, Hazel Leach, Gladys McHone, Virgie Moore and Janette Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Powers (Angie) of Cosby, TN, Tilford Powers (Dee) of West Alexandria, OH, Floyd Powers of New Lebanon, OH, Edward Medford (Sandy) of Knoxville, TN and Sandra Johnson (Bennie) of Mt. Sterling, KY; and her sister Wanda Dailey of New Carlisle, OH. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
