She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harrison and Sue Elizabeth Prather Phelphrey. She is survived by: her husband Adrian Robert Nix of Mt. Sterling, KY; her children, David Hensley (Danielle) of Mt. Sterling, KY, Graceanne Miller (Gary) of Mt. Sterling and Farrah Jane Conn (Doyle) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her sister Clara Jo Clarborn (Wayne) of Birmingham, AL; her stepchildren, Adrian Nix, Jr. (Tina) of Berea, KY and Melissa Rupe (Wayne) of Richmond, KY; and her grandchildren, Amber Hoskins, Josh Hoskins, Marianne Jones (Caleb), Gabe Miller, Avery Conn, Lily Conn, Kate Conn, Harrison Hensley and Hannah Hensley. She is also survived by wife of 32 years, beloved sister, mother and grandmother.
