Sterling and Lexy Nickell (Zachary Miles) of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Grayson Trent of Mt. Sterling and Ella Rose Trent of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Jason Nickell (Whitney) of Lexington and Kim Stamaties (Tony) of Mt. Sterling; his nieces, Casey Hall (Jason) of Mt. Sterling, Jayci Nickell of Crestwood and Whitley Nickell of Lexington; and his great-nephew Cason Hall of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
