He was predeceased by: his parents, Everette Issac and Lula Margaret Hayes Issac; and his brothers, Farrell Issac, Woody Issac and David Issac.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Tipton Issac of Mt. Sterling; his children, Jim and Kim Jones (Tim) of Stuart, Florida; his grandchildren, Laura Issac of Vero Beach, Hollye Issac of Lexington, Meg Murray of Stuart, Brant Murray of Stuart, Cory Jones of Port St and Tiffany Cheli of Jensen Beach, Florida; his siblings, Bobby Issac (Marge) of Mt. Sterling and Ann Issac of Wellington, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Clara Issac of Louisville and Sheila Amyx of Campton.
