He was predeceased by: his mother Nannie Crockett Kimbrell; and his siblings, Les Kimbrell, Ed Kimbrell, Paul Kimbrell, James Kimbrell, Howard Myers, Paul Myers, Jake Myers, Everett Myers, Billy Myers, Freddie Myers, Mary Walker and Ruth Kennedy.
He is survived by: his sister Mae Belle Walker of Mt. Sterling; his niece Monica Hartgrove (Jake) of Mt. Sterling; his nephew Richard Myers of Mt. Sterling; and his close friend Ron Slone of Winchester. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
