She was predeceased by: her father Roy Lafayette Fraley. She is survived by: her mother Karen Lynn Gulley Fraley of Mt. Sterling; her siblings, Derek Fraley of Beattyville, Kentucky and Jennifer Mouser of Madison, Alabama; and her grandmother Betty Turley of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven nieces; three nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
