She was predeceased by: her father Ollie Oakley; her husband Charles Butler; and her brother Odie Oakley. She is survived by: her children, Chuck Butler (Debbie) of Mt. Sterling, Becky Butler (Aaron) of Mt. Sterling and Nicole Butler (Eric) of Frenchburg; her siblings, Jamie Oakley (Mamie) of Mt. Sterling, Ledford Oakley (Joyce) of Mt. Sterling, Mary Jewell of Mt. Sterling, Ada Gullett of Mt. Sterling and Faye Davis of Mt. Sterling; her stepdaughters, Ginger Shelton (Thomas) of Beattyville and Sandy Spicer of Beattyville; and her close friend James Bailey of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by her family and friends.
