She is survived by: her parents, Rick Powell and Nadine Powell of Mt. Sterling, KY.; her daughters, Brooklyn Taylor Brockman of Mt. Sterling, KY and Jacey Kate Chadwell of Mt. Sterling; her brother Nathan Alan Powell (Tracy) of Scott County, KY; and her niece Miranda.
