Fawns; his brother Josh (Sam); his grandparents, Sonny and Nancy Fawns of Mt. Sterling; his nieces and nephews, Emerson Fawns of Mt. Sterling, Carter Fawns of Mt. Sterling, Henry Fawns of Mt. Sterling, Jack Fawns of Mt. Sterling, Riley Donaruma and Charlie Donaruma of San Antonio, TX; and his parents-in-law, Anne and William Johnson of Fulton, MO.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Herald & Stewart Home For Funerals (1002 Woodford Dr, Mt Sterling, KY 40353). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
