He was predeceased by: his father Gene Riley; and his brother Walter "Tubby" Riley. He is survived by: his mother Lucille Bailey Romine (Bill) of Mt. Sterling; his significant other Stephanie Spurlock of Mt. Sterling; his son Kaleb Spurlock of Morehead; his siblings, Wendell Fraley (Laura) of Mt. Sterling, Randall Fraley (Gina) of Elizabethtown and Robin Crouch of Jeffersonville; and his nephews, Christopher Fraley (Kaitlyn) of Richmond and Alex Fraley of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
