It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ballard (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John. She is survived by: her husband Floyd Ballard, Jr; her sons, Joseph Ballard (Suzanne Becraft) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Brian Ballard (Stacey) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her sisters, Virginia Lemaster (Allen) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Janet Young of Menifee County, KY; her grandchildren, Kyler Ballard, Blake Ballard, Tanner Ockerman, Spencer Ballard and Blaine Ballard; and her close friend Bobbie Sue Arnold (Lacy) of Mt. Sterling, KY.. She is also survived by two great grandchildren.
