He was predeceased by: his parent Russell Isaac. He is survived by: his parent Elfreda Kohler Isaac; his wife Levella Lynn Edwards Isaac of Mt. Sterling, KY; his son Brad Isaac of South Haven, MS; his brothers, Bobby Isaac (Ginny) of Floyd County, KY, Doug Isaac (Kim) of Floyd County, KY and Johnny Isaac (Denise) of Floyd County, KY; and his grandchildren, Keegan Isaac, Riley Isaac and Paisley Isaac. He is also survived by seven nieces; two nephews; and three great nieces.
