She was predeceased by: her parents, Clell Todd and Nancye Steele Todd. She is survived by: her sons, James A. Thomas, Jr. (Linda) of Winchester, KY, Sammy Thomas of Winchester, KY and Rick Joseph Thomas (Mildred) of Bonnyman, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
