He is survived by: his parents, Brenda Jean Muir Drennen of Winchester and Jim Drennen of Mt. Sterling; his daughter Salem Drennen of Owenton; his siblings, Joseph "Jody" Drennen of Winchester and Angel Drennen of Lexington; his niece Courtney Seales (Nick) of Mt. Sterling; his nephew Preston Drennen of Winchester; his great-nephews, Hunter Seales of Mt. Sterling and Hayden Seales of Mt. Sterling; and his close friends, Teresa McGinnis of Inez, Kentucky. and Taylor McGinnis of Inez, Kentucky.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
