It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosa Scott (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles E. Scott of Mt. Sterling; her children, Zack Scott of Jacksonville, FL and April D. Scott of Mt. Sterling, KY.; her grandsons, Zachary Scott and Jaden Scott; her parents, Roger Allen and Fannie Allen of Mt. Sterling; and her siblings, Clarence Allen of Dayton, OH, Diane Harris of Germantown, OH, Joan McAfee of Monroe, NC. and Don Allen (Edwina Williams).
