He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack O'Hair and Daisy Stamper O'Hair; his son Ishmael Adam O'Hair; and his siblings, Virginia Donahue and Willie Buck O'Hair.
He is survived by: his children, Daisy Darlene Young and Ronnie Lee O'Hair; and his siblings, Roger O'Hair, India Riddell (Tony) and Gay Worthy (Harold).
