Sterling, KY; his children, Melvin Mullins (Amy) of Richmond, KY and Wanda Gunn (Dickie) of Stanton, KY; his siblings, Leonard Mullins of Jackson, KY, Frank Mullins, Jr. of Jackson, KY, Pauleen Thompson of Jackson, KY and Wanda Mullins of Jackson, KY; his grandchildren, Joey Mullins, Kristen Gray, David Jett and Courtney Mullins; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Weston, Willow, Warrick, Warren, Chandler and Noah; and his pet Bubba.
