He was predeceased by: his mother Sharlett Lynn Fultz Patton; his grandparents, Clifford "Tippy" Meadows and Ella Lois Meadows; and his brother Jason Withrow. He is survived by: his wife Ammy Maggard of Mt. Sterling; his sons, Damien Withrow of Paris, John Withrow of Mt. Sterling and Justin Withrow of Mt. Sterling; his sister Shawnniee "Nicki" Kersey (Rudy) of Mt. Sterling; and his uncle Kelly "Gene" Meadows (Ramona) of Owingsville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
