He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Spencer and Mildred Adkins Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Monica Arnett Spencer; his sons, Josh Spencer (B. J.) of Mt. Sterling, David Risner (Krissy Adkins) of Georgetown and Daniel Risner of Louisville; his granddaughter Rylie Spencer of Mt. Sterling; his sister Patty Spencer Bullington of Jeffersonville; and his pet Rex. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; his special companion and friend.
