He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayward Wayne Buttry and Vonda Lea Walls Buttry; his former wife Martha Elizabeth Pennington Buttry; and his sister Gloria Ann Wills. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Wills Buttry; his sons, Tony Buttry (Tami) of Morehead and Todd Buttry (Lori) of Gallatin, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Emily Middleton (Trey) of Morehead, Alston Buttry (Kandyse) of Morehead and Bryan Buttry (Sara) of Arizona; his great grandchild Piper Middleton; his stepchildren, Josh Moore (Jessica) of Mount Sterling and Danielle Johnson of Mount Sterling; his stepgrandchildren, Bradley, Brennen, Brianna, Brayden Moore, Brody and Mayci Johnson; and his siblings, Hayward Lee "Butch" Buttry (Sandy) of Hudson, Florida and Patricia Stone of Lexington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; extended family members and many friends.
