He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bruce Stephens and Virgaleen White; and his sisters, Roberta Bashford and Judith Olong Snedegar. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Helton Stephens; his daughter April Stephens; his stepson David Napier; his sister Becky Triplett; and his grandsons, Skylar Bruce Roland and Andrew Lee Roland.
