He was predeceased by: his parents, Thornton Scott and Geneva Parkhurst Glass; his stepmother Audrey Reese Glass; and his former wife Beth Ann Bumpus Glass. He is survived by: his sons, Carl Andrew Glass of Roanoke, VA, Jonathan Edward Glass (Kristi) of Richmond, VA and Brian Patrick Glass; his stepson David Lee Daniel, Jr. of Lexington; his granddaughter Lila Glass; his stepgrandson Evan Taggart; his sisters, Cecilia Mercer (Sherrel) of Edna, TX, Kathy Pearson (Bobby) of Alexandria, AL and Nancy Mannon (Roger) of Floyd, VA; and his sister-in-law Diann Donaldson (David) of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In-lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made to Rolling Hills Church of Christ Bible Camp at 125 Rolling Hills Drive, Mt. Sterling, KY 40353 or Mason County Church of Christ at PO Box 233, Washington, KY 41096.
