He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Cox and Rissie Rigsby Cox (Rigsby); his grandson Chris Fugett; and his brothers, Ross Cox and Martin Cox.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Fugett, Gerry Downey and Robbie Cox of Mt. Sterling, KY.; and his sister Sarah Seagraves.
