She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Jones and Gladys Prater Clem; her children, Anthony Wayne Owens and Kristy Renee Owens; and her siblings, Mark Jones, James "Jimmy" Jones and Judy C. Hicks.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Megan Nicole Owens of Mt. Sterling, Nathan Tyler Lowe of Mt. Sterling, James Anthony Owens of Garrett and Jacob Wayne Owens of Garrett; and her siblings, Betty J. Lowe of Mt. Sterling and Frank Jones of Mt. Sterling. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
