He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Price and Phyllis Gaunce Price; and his stepdaughters, Maggie Endicott and Betty Humphrey. He is survived by: his wife Edith Young Price of Mt. Sterling; his sons, Kyle Price (Tracey) of Paris, KY and Chad Price of Carlisle, KY; his siblings, Jimmy Price (Dana) of Carlisle, KY and Nyiri Stacy (Jon) of Carlisle, KY; his nephew T. J. Young; his close friends, Damon, Jamie Haynes, Cassie and Roger White; and also Karissa of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
