He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Daniel Boone Skidmore and Elsie Arnold Skidmore; his stepfather Danny E. Hughes; and his uncles, James E. Skidmore and Paul G. Skidmore.
He is survived by: his wife Jessica Scott Boswell of Mt. Sterling; his parents, Richard Boswell and Brenda Skidmore Hughes; his children, Daniel Boswell of Stanton, Joshua Garrett of Nevada, Megan Boswell (Kelsie) of Stanton, Ashley Garrett (Matt Taulbee) of Mt. Sterling and Jaidyn Hall of Mt. Sterling; his siblings, Millard "Cherrio" Boswell of Stanton, Robert Shawn "Bob" Bailey of Stanton, Melinda Moore (Allen) of Stanton and Kathy Thacker of Stanton; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Taulbee and Trace Taulbee.
