He was predeceased by: his father Vernon Richard "Dickie" Willoughby; and his close friend Jeremy Hamilton. He is survived by: his wife Sheri Groen Willoughby of Mt. Sterling, KY; his mother Denise Wills (Greg) of Mt. Sterling, KY; his children, Colton Willoughby of Florence, KY, Amanda Wilson (Richard) of Chesapeake, VA and Kristina Willoughby of Sparta, KY; his grandchildren, Jaxson Wilson, Trey Wilson, Carson Willoughby, Mason Willoughby and Addison Willoughby; his cousin Donnie Ray Willoughby (Pamela) of Oklahoma; his close friend Jamie Wagoner; and his pets, Gunner, Diesel, Thor, Zeus, Biscuit, Boo Boo, Remington, Bullitt, Daisey May and Gravy.
