He was predeceased by: his siblings, Danny Thacker, Raymond Thacker, Jr. and Charlene Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ratliff Thacker of Mt. Sterling; and his children, Oscar Adkins of Lexington, Charlene Mudd (John) of Lexington, Millicent Curtis of Mt. Sterling, Opal Collins (Ollie) of Pikeville, Kelly Burchett (Joe) of Jamestown, TN and Rylee Thacker of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
