He is survived by: his wife Janice Merrill of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky; his son Timothy Gabbard of Greensburg, Indiana; his grandchildren, Gabriella Wagner, Trenton Gabbard, Vincent Gabbard and Maranda Merrill; his great grandchildren, Gabrial Adkins and Dakota Adkins; and his siblings, Mike Bush (Nora) of Jackson, Dorsiey D. Bush of Vancleve, Larry Bush (Marsha) of Campton, Paul Bush (Regina) of Owingsville, Kentucky, Virginia Mae Dollar of Mt. Sterling, Barbara Phipps of North Conway and Carol Trent of Vancleve, Kentucky..
