It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Butcher Sr. (Mount Sterling, Kentucky), born in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 25, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Hattie Mae Redmond Butcher; his daughter Francesca Mae Martin; and his brother Roger Allen Wright. He is survived by: his son Richard Earl Butcher, Jr. of Mt. Sterling; and his siblings, James William Butcher, Jr. (Tracy), Hattie Paige Oldham (Charles Hudson) of Mt. Sterling, Pauline Butcher of Mt. Sterling and Mary Ann Butcher (Stanley Davis) of Mt. Sterling. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
