We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023, at the age of 68, Rex Allen Rothwell of Mount Sterling, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bush Rothwell and Walter Mae Jones Rothwell; and his siblings, Luther Rothwell and Nancy Auburn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Williams Rothwell; his children, Charles Thomas Sexton (Merissa) and Terri Lynn Sexton of Mt. Sterling; his grandchildren, Audriana Sexton, Kantessa Sexton and Jerimiah Sexton; and his siblings, Jimmy Rothwell of Mt. Sterling, Elmore "Bugs" Rothwell of Bourbon County, Doug Rothwell of Mt. Sterling, Mary Nester of Mt. Sterling and Rosetta Reed of Bourbon County. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and other extended family and friends.
