With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina Dougherty of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2021 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Dougherty and Faye Mills; and her son William Willoughby. She is survived by: her children, Steven Dougherty (Melinda), Edith Willoughby, Tiffany Willoughby and Christie Pacheco; her brothers, Robert Dougherty and Darrell Dougherty; her grandchildren, Ryleigh Doughtery, Chloe Dougherty, Savana Garris and Nevaeh Dillon; her great-aunt Della Ferguson; and her great-uncle Jack Ferguson.
