She was predeceased by: her parents, Hawley Nickels and Juanita Johnson Nickels. She is survived by: her daughter Deadra Stone (Greg) of Mt. Sterling, KY; her siblings, Hawley Michael Nickels (Gayle) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Joyce Combs of Frankfort, KY; and her grandchildren, Amber Nicole Stone and Clay MaKenna Stone.
In lieu of flowers donations suggested to Hospice of the Bluegrass in Lexington.
