He is survived by: his wife Betty Toy; his children, Tracy Mays (Tim), Kaitlin Toy and Tony Toy (Jessica); his grandchildren, Matthew Goodpaster (Courtney), Jami Goodpaster, Hannah Peterson and Hogan Toy; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Braxton Wells, Dakotah Conkright, Knox, Lynette Goodpaster and Madison Toy; his siblings, Chuck Toy (Patty) and Peggy Hawkins; and his close friend Roger Toy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
