She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Skaggs and Wanda Rigsby Skaggs; and her sister Brenda Skaggs. She is survived by: her son Raymond Skaggs of McCracken County; her siblings, Russell Skaggs (Donna) of Salt Lick, Jackie Skaggs (Connie) of Salt Lick, Robert Skaggs (Kathy) of Jeffersonville, James Skaggs of Owingsville, Charles Skaggs of Mt. Sterling, George Skaggs of Bethel, Linda Schultz (Jerry) of Mt. Sterling, Debbie Driver of Jasper and Patty Johnson of Owingsville; and also Nevaeh Purvis.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that contributions be made to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses.
