He is survived by: his wife Christina Johnson; his stepdaughters, Christy Johnson, Debbie Helton and Amy Gunter; his grandchildren, Heather, Johnathan Johnson and Alex Brown; and his siblings, Sue Smith, Lisa Adams, Barbara Richardson and Raymond Hoover Johnson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
