Philip Handy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Handy of Mount Sterling, Kentucky, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Handy and Eddle Wilson Handy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Patrick Handy; his children, Linda Pike (Jackie) and Scott Reffitt (Tanya); his brother Allen; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Whitney, Ryan, Skylar, Aaron, Adrianna, Briana, Zachary, Philip, Courtney, Keeley, Karson, Kennedi and Kruze.
COVID-19 mandate/regulations will be followed as set forth by Governor Beshear and the CDC. The family request that visitors respect their desire to keep everyone safe by practicing social distancing guidelines and to wear a face covering of some sort.
