She was predeceased by: her parents, Litton Banta and Lorene Ritchie Banta; her husband Jerry Caswell; her son Larry Caswell; and her siblings, L. A. Banta and Sue Felix.
She is survived by: her son Gary Caswell (Vickie) of Mt. Sterling; her sisters, Betty McNeese of Cynthiana and Ann Dragoo of Mt. Sterling; and her grandchildren, Cody Caswell (Vanessa) of Richmond, Charissa Caswell (Levi) of Mt. Sterling, Nicole Peavy (Jonathan) of Madisonville and Ashley Caswell (Kourtney) of Madisonville. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
