He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sr. Harvey and Lillian Bush Beadle Harvey; his son Paul Shannon Harvey; and his brother Jeffery Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Arlene Harvey; his brother Michael Harvey of Mt. Sterling; his sisters-in-law, Pam Gibbs (Stanley) of Jeffersonville and Alice Harvey of Jeffersonville; and his pets, Earl, Callie, Randy and Joy. He is also survived by his family and friends.
