She is survived by: her parents, Kelvin Keath and Mabel Rogers Keath of Mt. Sterling; her husband Hal Stephen Midkiff of Mt. Sterling; her daughters, Lisa Sullivan (Ronald) of St. Augustine, FL and Catherine Midkiff (David Jurich) of Jacksonville, FL; her sister Sharon Kelley (Jim) of Benton, KY; her grandchildren, Lincoln Sullivan, Pepper-Anne Owens and Jackson Jurich; and her friend James Owens.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Rolling Hills Church Camp.
